Delhi sources inform that the pay on 7 CPC will be paid from the month of August 2016 and not in July 2016 as expected. It is because of non release of Gazette Notification of 7 CPC proposals approved by the cabinet on 29.06.2016. Moreover, all the Accounts officers in the Country are of the view that new pay fixation could be done only when the notification is issued along with the Model illustrations for each level of pay.
As far as Postal Department is concerned, the postal accounts authorities are expecting a new patch Software from CEPT Mysore for calculation of 7 CPC payments. The first four months calculation that too with the old allowances are causing difficulties in calculation/fixation of Pay.
