When TPA is not payable!

TPA is not payable if the employee is absent from the HQ/place of work/office for a calendar month. In case of an employee is on tour/training for one full calendar month, then no TPA is payable to him.

Illustration

One CG employee goes on a tour/training on 1.06.2010 and returns to duty on 1.07.2010, he is not eligible for TPA for the month of June-2010 as he did not work for that month. He is not at duty on 1.06.2010 also.

If the above said employee, returns on 30.06.2010 FN and works on 30.06.2010 at his parent office, he is eligible for TPA for that month.Even a day of work in that calendar month is suffice to earn TPA.
