FNPO 20th All india Conference Report

Our 20th All  India Conference was held at Chandrasekaran Nair stadium in Bhagyamala Auditorium Trivandrum from 27.07.2015 to 31.07.2015.   Huge record number of 485 delegates and 304 Visitors  participated in the conference.
On 27.07.2015 the CWC met in Bhagyamala Auditorium and recommended the General Secretary to Place the biennial report and audited accounts before the subject committee meeting directly. Shri Ashoke Kumar Singh was approved to be the president, to preside the conference in the absence of   Shri Subroto Chowdhury.  The AIC recorded its heartfelt Condolence to the former President Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam, on his sudden demise.  As a mark of respect to the great soul we cancelled our colorful Rally and Open session events.

Home Minister of Kerala Shri Ramesh Chennithala, attended our AIC Open Session besides paid his tribute to  our beloved former president.
Subject Committee dated 28.07.2015: The subject committee was started at 10.00 a.m, under the president ship of Ashoke Kumar Singh.   General Secretary Presented Biennial report and finance secretary placed the audited accounts before the house.  Both were approved without any amendments.  All the Circle Secretaries of NUR “C” addressed the subject committee.  The details will be published in RMS Sentinel August 2015 . 
Felicitations:  Felicitation was arranged to the retired colleagues namely Shri.Deepak Mukherjee, Shri.B.D.Lakan Paul, Shri.Amal Sarkar, Shri. Ravindran,  Shri.M.P.Gadekar, Shri.R.B.Ghosh, Shri.SN Sarkar, Shri.Karmakar and Shri.S.Noorahmed. 
Shri T.N. Rahate president FNPO offered a shawl to all retired colleagues.  The GS NUR”C” respectfully recalled the valuable services of the retired officials.

Youth wing Seminar: Youth and ladies wing seminar was conducted on 28.07.2015 evening under the chairmanship of Youth Wing President shri Dhaiya.  General Secretary Ravindra Patnaik placed activities report for the period of 2013-2015.  All the office bearers of youth wing and lady colleagues addressed the seminar.  Details will be published in RMS Sentinel August 2015.
Cultural Programme:  A cultural programme was conducted in a peaceful manner and with patriotic spirit; also in remembrance of our beloved president Dr.Abdul Kalam and sacrifices of the other National Leaders.
Subject committee dated 30.07.2015: The subject committee was started under the chairman ship of Shri. Ashoke Kumar Singh.  The General Secretary imitated discussions on the agenda. All Circle Secretaries and Delegates deliberated their views on the agenda.  The details of the deliberations will be published in RMS Sentinel August 2015.

The subject committee met under the chairmanship of Asoke kumar Singh and finalized the resolution and policy and programme on 31.07.2015.  The details will be published in the RMS Sentinel August 2015.

The constitution amendments:-
1.   The subscription will be revised from Rs.40/- to Rs.50/-, the allocation of subscription is as follows;- CHQ – Rs.15/- including federation and youth wing quota;                   Circle – Rs.10/-. Division – Rs.15/-, Branch –  Rs.10/-
2.      Divisional Secretaries will be included in the CWC meeting of the Circle working committee as ex-officio members.
3.      The AIC delegates will be selected based on every 20 members.
4.       20% of the revenue of the CHQ quota will be handed over to Youth Wing finance Secretary to conduct the seminars of ladies and youth wing.
CHQ Related Resolutions:-
1.      The AIC permits Shri.Satish Chander to work as HQ  Secretary in the absence of General Secretary at CHQ Union office Delhi.
2.      TA of General Secretary will be paid by the CHQ.
3.      Rs.5000/- will be paid to General Secretary for Head Quarters expenditure (every month).
4.      Rs.1000/- will be paid to Finance Secretary Every month for Head Quarters expenditure.
5.      TA will be paid to chief advisor as and when he attends the meeting.
6.      The AIC approved to apply PAN card. 
7.      Youth wing office bearers list will be released later.
8.      The next venue of the conference will be at Delhi.
9.      The other resolutions will be published in RMS Sentinel August 2015.
